Even though I haven't taken my exam yet, I have already found the 20 minute test prep very helpful for my history 208 class. After each class, I return to my notes and, after highlighting the specifics, I re-write everything I that I think could be on the exam. By doing this, the information is easily reinforced into my mind since I am repeatedly writing the same thing down class after class. Its also very helpful to organize my notes because the class goes so fast that sometimes what I write doesn't make sense. I also used the Putting It All Together Method. Making the chart was a good way for me to visually see what resources I had to prepare for the exam. It will also be useful to have a plan on how I'm going to prepare when I'm studying by following my test preparation column. Overall, I think the 20 Minute Test Prep will be most effective for me when in order to be successful on the exam.
yeah, the 20 Minute Test Prep helps to get a good grade.
ReplyDeleteI chose the same strategy. Hope it will get both of us a good grade!
ReplyDeleteI agree with the 20 minute test prep. The repetition helps to keep the information in your head way longer than just reviewing it the night before.
